Once you have ordered your new piece of jewelery, the order will be sent to production immediately. It typically takes a maximum of 5 days before production starts, after which the process itself takes several days before the jewelery is finished. We receive the jewelery at our main address, where we check the jewelery one last time before we send it to you.
